Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

- Downloadable software products

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- We will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company — refunds may take time to post.
- Contact your bank — there may be additional processing delays.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
